There is no Monday Men’s League due to Labor Day. Hope everyone has a safe and fun filled weekend. As Summer fades and the leaves start to turn the golf course remains active. We now have open golf Tuesday, Thursday and Friday evenings. Please call the pro shop to book a tee time. With cooler temperatures and the fall colors, fall is a great time to play some golf.

TWILIGHT GOLF SPECIAL
We are happy to announce that starting Saturday Sep 1 we are introducing a new weekend TWILIGHT GOLF SPECIAL. Every Saturday and Sunday from 4:00 you pay for 9 holes of golf with cart and you can play the rest of the day. Fall is a beautiful time of the year to be outside and it doesn’t get any better with unlimited golf. So take advantage while you can and get you golf fix on. We all know what awaits us in a few months’ time…

The UNLIMITED GOLF special has returned. The $24.50 package includes all your golf, cart rental, a cold sandwich and chips and is available Mon – Fri. Our $29.50 package includes golf, cart rental, and a hot lunch from Fairways Restaurant and is only available on Fridays. Please note this golf does not include weekends or holidays and all golfers must stop playing at 4:00. This allow us time to get setup and ready for the evening leagues.

HUSKER FOOTBALL – HUSKERS VS COLORADO BUFFALO’S SEP 8 at 2:30
Are you ready for some football??? Caddies Lounge is ready for some football. So why not come watch the Huskers open their 2018 season against the Colorado Buffalo’s this Saturday Sep 8 in Caddies Lounge. Kickoff is at 2:30. Enjoy Happy Hour rates during the game along with free jello or pudding shots every time the Huskers score a TD. We also have .50 cent elephant wings (minimum order of 6 – dine in only). Whether it’s our beloved Huskers playing , your favorite college team or pro team, why not come watch your team battle it out on one of our many TV’s. KYLE SORENSEN MEMORIAL GOLF OUTING SEP 8/9
The golf course will be closed the weekend of Sep 8 / 9 for the 16th annual Kyle Sorensen memorial Golf Tournament. Format is a 4-person scramble with two 18 hole scrambles scheduled for Saturday and two on Sunday. If you would like to play in this great tournament, please sign-up in the pro shop.
GLOW BALL 2-PERSON SCRAMBLE FRIDAY SEP 14 at DUSK
The final Glow Ball Tournament of the 2018 golf season has been scheduled for Friday Sep 14. Cost is $50 for a members team and $80 for a guest team. A buffet will be provided before we tee off along with raffle prizes. And let’s not forget the fireworks. Tee off will be at dusk which should be around 8:00 to 8:15. Glow ball fills up fast so please sign-up in the pro shop to ensure your spot.
RIP GOLF TOURNAMENT SUNDAY OCT 17 STARTING AT 11:00
The R.I.P. Tournament has been scheduled for Sunday Oct 7. Tee times start at 11:00. This is a handicap based tournament so everyone has a chance at winning. If you do not have a handicap, please let us know in advance so we can establish a handicap for you. Cost is $25 for members and $50 for guest. Price includes golf, prizes and food. The sign-up sheet is located in the pro shop. Please sign up in advance to better assist us in planning this event.
ANNUAL AWARDS BANQUET SATURDAY OCT 13
Please mark your calendar for this year’s annual Awards / Members Appreciation Banquet to be held on Saturday Oct 13. Social starts at 6:00 and dinner at 7:00 followed by the awards presentation. You don’t have to be a winner to attend. This is always a great evening and a great way to finish off the 2018 golf season.
