All right poker fans, the wait is finally over. Texas HoldEm returns on Tuesday Oct 2 starting promptly at 7:00. Poker players enjoy Happy Hour rates when playing and the chance at winning prizes. If you like poker, Lake Ridge is the place to be on Tuesday nights.

LEAGUE UPDATES
Congratulations to Calvin McWilliams and Joe Mangiamelli for winning this year’s Wednesday Men’s League. They beat Ed Herring and Todd Brewer in the playoff to take the title. 3rd place went to Brad McClatchey and Larry Welch.
The Men’s Wed Fun Fall League continues this Wed at 5.00. This is open to anyone who has a league handicap.

Alright golf fans, have we got a deal for you. Starting Oct 1 Monday – Friday, come take advantage of our FALL GOLF SPECIAL. UNLIMITED GOLF for only $20, and that includes your cart rental. SKY DIVERS JUMP AND GOLF OUTING
Weather permitting, the Sky Divers will jump onto the course this Friday Oct 5 at 10:00 followed by an 18 hole scramble. It’s not every day you get to see people jump from a perfectly good airplane and try and hit a bullseye on hole #5 followed by 18 holes of golf. So if you have no plans, why not come watch the crazy people jump onto the course…
HUSKER FOOTBALL SATURDAY OCT 6 AT 6:00
Come watch the Husker’s take on the Wisconsin Badgers this Saturday Oct 6 in Caddies Lounge. Kickoff is at 6:00 on the BTN. Enjoy Happy Hour rates during the game along with free jello or pudding shots every time the Huskers score a TD. We also have .50 cent elephant wings (minimum order of 6 – dine in only). So put on you Red and head on up to the Ridge to cheer on those Huskers. GO BIG RED!!!
RIP GOLF TOURNAMENT SUNDAY OCT 17 STARTING AT 11:00
The R.I.P. Tournament has been scheduled for Sunday Oct 7. Tee times start at 11:00. This is a handicap based tournament so everyone has a chance at winning. If you do not have a handicap, please let us know in advance so we can establish a handicap for you. Cost is $25 for members and $50 for guest. Price includes golf, prizes and food. The sign-up sheet is located in the pro shop. Please sign up in advance to better assist us in planning this event.
ANNUAL AWARDS BANQUET SATURDAY OCT 13
Please mark your calendar for this year’s annual Awards / Members Appreciation Banquet to be held on Saturday Oct 13. Social starts at 6:00 and dinner at 7:00 followed by the awards presentation. You don’t have to be a winner to attend. This is always a great evening and a great way to finish off the 2018 golf season.

The Adult Halloween Party will be held Saturday Oct 27 starting at 9:00 in Caddies Lounge. There will be party games, a costume contest and Karaoke. Enjoy Happy Hour rates ALL NIGHT LONG. So get let’s your freak on and let’s party at the Ridge!!!
KIDS HALLOWEEN PARTY SUNDAY OCT 28 AT 6:00
The annual Kids Halloween Party will be held on Sunday Oct 28 from 6:00 – 8:00. There will be games and a costume contest. We will also provide complimentary sugar cookies and apple cider. Hope to see you there.

The annual Lake Ridge Fall Arts and Crafts Show will be held this year on Thursday Nov 15 from 6:00 – 8:00. Wine tasting and appetizers will be provided. If you want to set up a stand, please Contact Martha at 402-235-4653. Cost for a vendor stand is $15.00 per table. This is always a great Event with some great gifts for the upcoming holiday season.
