Want to give a big “shout out” to Brad McClatchey and Tom Hill for all their hard work in redoing the white and black tee boxes on hole # 3. Really appreciate everything you guys do for Lake Ridge.
Would like to thank the Plattsmouth Lion’s Club for having their annual golf outing on Saturday. It was a cold and windy day for this year’s tournament. Would also like to thank all the sponsors for their generous donations and Mike Hall and all his volunteers for all the work they did in organizing this year’s tournament. The money raised supports a number of causes and everyone’s continued support is greatly appreciated. Look forward to hosting this tournament again next year.
PLATTSMOUTH CHAMBER AMAZING RACE MAY 3
The Plattsmouth Chamber Amazing Race is this Friday. All teams will start at the Plattsmouth Community Center at 5:00 and will finish at Lake Ridge. If you plan on having dinner at Lake Ridge please come early as we expect well over 100 people between 8:00 and 8:30. There will be a pasta buffet available for all the participants. Kitchen will close at 9:00.
LUNCH TIME
We are now open for lunch Friday’s, Saturday’s and Sunday’s from 11:00 – 2:00. So come have an enjoyable and relaxing lunch at Fairway’s Restaurant. Sit on the deck and enjoy the view or relax in the lounge. We have a wide selection of appetizers, sandwiches, burgers, pizza’s, flatbreads and salads to satisfy to your lunchtime cravings. We also do to-go orders.

UNLIMITED GOLF SPECIAL
The UNLIMITED GOLF special has returned. The $24.50 package includes all your golf, cart rental, a cold sandwich and chips and is available Mon – Fri. Our $29.50 package includes golf, cart rental, and a hot lunch from Fairways Restaurant and is only available on Fridays. Please note this golf does not include weekends or holidays and all golfers must stop playing at 4:00. This allow us time to get setup and ready for the evening leagues.

TUESDAY TEXAS HOLDEM
All right poker fans, Tuesday is the last night for Texas HoldEm until the fall. So if you want to play before poker goes away, be at Lake Ridge by 7:30. Poker players enjoy Happy Hour rates and the chance at winning prizes. Thanks to all who have played over this past season and we look forward to bringing it back in the fall.
SKY DIVERS JUMP AND GOLF OUTING FRIDAY MAY 3 AT 10:00 AM
Weather permitting, the Sky Divers will jump onto the course this Friday May 3 at 10:00 followed by an 18 hole scramble. If you have no plans, come on up and enjoy some lunch and watch them jump. It’s not every day you get to see people jump out of a perfectly good airplane. Really cool to watch.

The Plattsmouth Chamber of Commerce will be having their annual Amazing Race on Friday May 3. Cost is $85 for a team of up to 6 people. Winning team wins $500 cash. Teams will start at the Plattsmouth Community Center at 5:00 and finish at Lake Ridge Golf Course. We still have slots available for the 2-Person Glow Ball Tournament this Saturday May 4. Cost is $60 for a member team and $90 for a guest team. We will have a buffet before teeing off at DUSK. Please sign-up in the Pro Shop. Sign-up early as this tournament fills up fast.

COUPLES FUN NIGHT FRIDAY MAY 31
There will be no Couples League on Friday May 31 due to the Memorial Day weekend. However, we have scheduled a Couples Fun Night starting at 6:00. Cost is $25.00 per members team and $50.00 per guest team. Price includes dinner and a chance at winning flag prizes. Please sign-up in the pro shop to ensure your spot.
MEN’S MEMBER-GUEST TOURNAMENT JUN 1 / JUN 2
This year’s Men’s Member Guest tournament will be a 2 day event on Sat Jun 1 and Sun Jun 2. Cost is $300 per 2-man team. You must either have a GHIN, or a Lake Ridge Men’s League handicap to play. Cost includes golf, flag prizes and a steak dinner Saturday night. We will also have a Calcutta Saturday night. This event is limited to the first 24 teams that sign up. We currently have 23 teams signed up. Any teams over the 24 team limit will be placed on a reserve list in the event a team pulls out. Cash prizes awarded to the winners. If you want to sponsor a hole or would like to donate, please contact either Todd Berry or Brad McClatchey. We are also looking for volunteers to assist us during the day.
