CONESTOGA BOOSTER CLUB OUTING JUN 29

Would like to thank the Conestoga Booster Club for having their annual golf outing on Saturday. It was a scorcher as 16 teams competed in this years fun filled tournament. Congrats to the Aaron Williams team who took 1st place with smooth 56. Tom Hill, Jon Eagen, Greg Page and Todd Berry won the “PINK BALL” game with a well-played 71.  Also need to thank all who played, all the volunteers and sponsors and of course the Lake Ridge staff for making this a great event for all. Look forward to hosting this tournament again next year. And finally with July 4th only a few days away if you need fireworks please stop by the Conestoga Wrestlers Fireworks stand in Murray located in the old Murray and Building Supply building. Not only will they give you great deals on fireworks it also supports the Conestoga Wrestling program. So go see them today. Hope everyone has a safe and great Independence Day…

LEAGUE INFO

There is no Thursday Ladies League this week due to July 4th. However, please note Couples League # 1 DOES PLAY this Friday July 5th at 6:00. If you can’t make it Friday night please let me know in advance.

TEE TIMES FOR JUL 4TH

Tee times for July 4th  are filling up fast. Tee times from 7:30 – 10:40 have already been filled. We have a few slots available for 9 holes only from 7:00 – 7:20 . We have more slots available starting at 12:00. So please call to reserve your tee time. Our kitchen hours for the day will be from 11:00 – 6:00. So stop by for some lunch or have an early dinner. Please note that if you are unable to make your tee time or are running late, please let us know. During busy periods, especially on weekends and holidays, if you miss your tee time, we will give that slot to someone else and you may not be able to play since we have a limited amount of golf carts.

UNLIMITED GOLF SPECIAL

The UNLIMITED GOLF special has returned. The $24.50 package includes all your golf, cart rental, a cold sandwich and chips and is available Mon – Fri.  Our $29.50 package includes golf, cart rental, and a hot lunch from Fairways Restaurant and is only available on Fridays. Please note this golf does not  include weekends or holidays and all golfers must stop playing at 4:00. This allow us time to get setup and ready for the evening leagues.

SENIOR GOLF SPECIAL 

Are you 60 and over and love to golf? Well Lake Ridge Golf Course has a deal for you.Play  all the golf  you want for only $20, including cart rental. That’s right $20. Please note this golf does not  include weekends or holidays and all golfers must stop playing at 4:00. This allow us time to get setup and ready for the evening leagues.  

NEW PRODUCTS

We now Jack Danial’s Fire, Fairy Nectar IPA Beer and Fetzer Merlot. Did I mention the Fairy Nectar is brewed in La Vista, Nebraska? Why not give this locally made IPA a try. We’ve also added Fetzer Merlot to our selections of wines. Made in California, it has aromas of ripe plums and flavors or blackberry and cherry. And if you need a little kick, have a shot of ice cold Jack Danial’s Fire. Mention our newsletter and we’ll give you Happy Hour rates for these new products off all week long.

LUNCH TIME

We are now open for lunch Friday’s, Saturday’s and Sunday’s from 11:00 – 2:00.  So come have an enjoyable and relaxing lunch at Fairway’s Restaurant. Sit on the deck and enjoy the view or relax in the lounge. We have a wide selection of appetizers, sandwiches, burgers, pizza’s, flatbreads and salads to satisfy to your lunchtime cravings. We also do to-go orders.

SENIOR’S LEAGUE   

The Monday morning Senior’s League has now started. If you would like to play please meet in the Pro Shop every Monday morning before 9:00 am.

JUNIOR CLINIC JUL 15 – JUL 19

This year’s Junior Clinic starts Monday Jul 15 and runs all week until Friday Jul 19 from 11:00 – 1:00 each day. The clinic is now FULL. This year’s clinic is sponsored by GolfTEC. Cost is $10. All kids will get a GolfTEC tee shirt and there will be a pizza party on Friday after the clinic. Brett Hahn, PGA Certified Personal Coach will attend the Wed Jul 17 clinic.  The clinic will cover golf etiquette, rules, chipping, putting and driving. Any juniors wanting to participate, please sign-up in advance. And mark your calendars for Tuesday Jul 23  when you can  put your skills to work and play in the Junior Tournament.

PLATTSMOUTH EDUCATION FOUNDATION CECIL MCKNIGHT CHARITY GOLF OUTING SAT JUL 20

The 4th annual Cecil McKnight Charity Golf Outing will be held Saturday Jul 20 at 9:00. If you would like to register a team, please send an email to plattsedfoundation@gmail.com or you can call Sandy McKnight on 402-298-8513. This is a 4-person 18 hole scramble.

JUNIOR GOLF TOURNAMENT TUE JUL 23

This year’s Junior Tournament will be held Tuesday July 23 at  1:00 pm. This is a 9 hole event with different age divisions for both girls and boys. Cost is $10 for members and $15 for guest and includes lunch. Please sign-up in the Pro shop.

You can also download  the AMI Jukebox app to your phone and play the jukebox from your phone. Just do a search for AMI Jukebox under your APPS store and download the app. Once you have downloaded the app, select Caddy’s Lounge as your location. It’s quick and easy to setup.

We have Karaoke every Friday and Saturday starting at 9:00.
