Would like to thank everyone who came out Sunday for our Mother’s Day Brunch. It was record setting day with over 130 people served. That’s a lot of food and it would not have been possible without all the hard work and effort by Bill Farr, our kitchen manager. So big shout out to Bill for putting out another great buffet for all to enjoy. Also special thanks to our servers, Makenna and Mya Cummings for taking care of everyone. We hope all the Mother’s had a very special and relaxing day.

Friday’s, Saturday’s and Sunday’s from 11:00 – 2:00. So come have an enjoyable and relaxing lunch at Fairway’s Restaurant. Sit on the deck and enjoy the view or relax in the lounge. We have a wide selection of appetizers, sandwiches, burgers, pizza’s, flatbreads and salads to satisfy to your lunchtime cravings. We also do to-go orders.

PLATTSMOUTH HS CLASS OF 69 REUNION FRI MAY 24
The
Plattsmouth High School Class of 1969 will be having their class reunion on
Friday May 24 starting at
5:00. Fairways Restaurant will be closed but Caddies Lounge will be open to the public. There will be no Couples League.
COUPLES FUN NIGHT FRIDAY MAY 31
There will be no Couples League on
Friday May 31 due to the Memorial Day weekend. However, we have scheduled a
Couples Fun Night starting at
6:00. Cost is $25.00 per members team and $50.00 per guest team. Price includes dinner and a chance at winning flag prizes. Please sign-up in the pro shop to ensure your spot.
MEN’S MEMBER-GUEST TOURNAMENT JUN 1 / JUN 2
This year’s
Men’s Member Guest tournament will be a 2 day event on Sat Jun 1 and Sun Jun 2. Cost is $300 per 2-man team. You must either have a GHIN, or a Lake Ridge Men’s League handicap to play. Cost includes golf, flag prizes and a steak dinner Saturday night. We will also have a Calcutta Saturday night. Tournament is now FULL with 24 teams signed up. Any other teams wanting to play will be placed on a reserve list in the event a team pulls out.. Cash prizes awarded to the winners. If you want to sponsor a hole or would like to donate, please contact either Todd Berry or Brad McClatchey. We are also looking for volunteers to assist us during the day.
